Serving as President & CEO of PPC LOAN, Paul has focused on expanding the lending niches to which PPC LOAN serves, recently adding Independent Investment Advisors and FedEx Home and Ground to the buffet of industries in which PPC LOAN provides capital. Paul has personally reviewed and signed off on every credit application PPC LOAN has funded since 2000, which accounts for over 2,800 loans, totaling $1.40 billion in funding. Paul also leads the wonderful team of folks at PPC LOAN, with a focus on customer activism, continued process improvement, and open communication.
Paul has written and published over 30 articles and is regularly asked to speak at various meetings. Paul created the Allstate Agency Value Index in 2009, a tool that has been used by Allstate Insurance Management, along with buyers and sellers alike to assist in placing a fair and equitable value on an Allstate agency. With over 4,000 subscribers to the quarterly AAVI report, Paul is regularly asked to speak on agency valuation, and has traveled to all 13 Allstate designated regions for speaking engagements.
Paul graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and joined PPC LOAN in 1999. Paul currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife and two boys. Paul spends his free time coaching his son’s sports team, fishing, playing golf and attending church functions.
As the Director of the Investment Advisor Program, Dustin spends 100% of his time focused on the acquisition financing needs of investment advisors nationwide. With over 10 years of experience as a cash-flow lender, Dustin has underwritten more than $250 million in funded loans supporting hundreds of business owners across the country that are looking to grow their business by way of acquisition. From the initial phone call to the funding of your loan, Dustin takes a hands-on approach to making sure your experience and needs are properly met throughout the entire process.
Dustin spent two years as a financial advisor providing retirement planning for non-profit organizations before joining PPC LOAN in May of 2005. Dustin has also assisted business owners with various other financing needs including mergers, buy-ins, buy-outs, and succession plans.
Dustin is a 2002 graduate of Texas A&M University, resides in Houston, TX, and enjoys traveling and hunting.
With nearly 20 years’ experience, Tabitha is the leader of PPC LOAN’s company operations.Since joining the company in 2000 in an administrative capacity, she had served in every role on the PPCLOAN team and has overseen all closing, customer service, and administrative functions.With her primary focus now on process engineering, she is currently working toward moving the customer loan application and closing experience to a more streamlined, secure online platform.Always service-minded, she continues to spend a great deal of time talking to and helping our customers, as understanding the customer perspective is a great motivator and tool for her in constantly striving to advance our processes and provide a superior level of service.
Though not born in Texas, Tabitha got here as quickly as she could and currently resides in Conroe. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking care of her menagerie of animals.
Steven is well known in the insurance industry, assisting both Allstate Insurance and Farmers Insurance agency owners to pursue their dreams of business ownership. With over a decade of experience, Steven helps guide his customers through the agency acquisition and financing process. Steven has been quoted as saying “Sometimes the best deals are the ones that don’t get done.” as he knows his job is to ensure his customer doesn’t make an ill-advised purchase.
Steven graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and joined PPC LOAN in early 2005 as a Financial Analyst. Steven has been involved in over 1,000 Allstate agency acquisition transactions since joining PPC LOAN and played a critical role in the development of the newly formed Farmers Insurance Lending Program.
Born and raised in Brenham, TX, Steven currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife, son, and daughter. Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing and watching college football.
Christina joined the closing department at PPC LOAN in January of 2012. She provides her clients with superior customer service and a forward thinking attitude that ensures a smooth closing process. She also aids in loan servicing and seeks to maintain relationships with customers throughout their loan term.
Christina graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Christina previously worked for the Office of the President while attending Texas A&M University, gaining valuable experience in business operations and supporting high-level executives.
In her free time, she enjoys running, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Fred has over 34 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry and is one of the founders of PPC LOAN. Prior to founding PPC LOAN in 2008, Fred was one of the founders and served as President and CEO of Professional Practice Capital, LLP since 1998.
Prior to founding Professional Practice Capital, Fred started and managed the Professional and Executive Banking Division for a large Chicago bank and managed their Small Business Banking Division. Fred has specialized in providing professionals and entrepreneurs access to capital in order to grow and manage their professional practices and businesses since he began his banking career and possesses expertise in the areas of private banking, commercial lending, financial planning, business development, and marketing. Fred graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Banking and Finance. He is a licensed Certified Financial Planner, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Dental Education Foundation of the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA, and a founder of the Center for Insurance and Risk Management at the University of Houston Downtown in Houston, Texas.
Mac has over 35 years of banking experience and is one of the founders of PPC LOAN and its predecessor firm Professional Practice Capital in 1998. Through PPC LOAN, Mac has developed and grown lending programs which have provided over $1.5 billion in financing in support of the business needs of service sector professionals such as dentists, veterinarians, accountants, insurance agents, investment advisors, and Federal Express independent contractors.
In addition to owning and operating a Federal Express independent contractor firm, a general dentistry practice, a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm, serving as a member of the Practice Management Faculty of the Northwestern Dental School, Mac has also been a regular lecturer at the University of Texas San Antonio and University of Las Vegas Dental Schools. Mac has published numerous articles in prominent publications, and is the author of The Affluent Dentist (a book offered for sale on Amazon.com). Mac graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Jaymee has a critical role working behind the scenes to ensure PPCLOAN runs smoothly every day. Jaymee joined the company in 2008 providing general administrative duties. As company needs expanded, she pushed herself to learn new skills and take on more responsibility, leading her through multiple positions before becomingthe Director of Administrative Services.In this position, sheprovides support for everything from Human Resources, to facility management, to daily office operations.She has directed the overhaul of the PPCLOAN website, does logistic management for all our trade shows, and is the administrator for AllstateForSale.com.
Jaymee graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in 2005. Upon graduation, she immediately packed up and moved to Texas where she now lives with her family and pets. She enjoys archery, baking, and volunteering in her neighborhood community.
As part of the closing team, Tricia assists with ensuring that the loan closing process goes smoothly and each individual’s experience with PPC LOAN is a pleasant one. She enjoys the customer service aspect of working directly with clients and seeks to establish long-term relationships so that customers will return to PPC LOAN each time they encounter opportunities where financing is necessary.
Tricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting before contributing in the oil and gas industry. After raising four children, she became a professional chocolatier, owning her own business and storefront. During this time, Tricia also designed menus for a premier restaurant and won several awards as a local business owner.
With years of diverse experience, Tricia returned to the financial management sector by joining PPC LOAN in 2016. She currently resides in Spring, TX and enjoys traveling and volunteering, as well as spending time with her family and two English Bulldogs.
Bryttnee rejoined the PPC LOAN team in October 2019. As a member of the Closing Team, she is responsible for ensuring the loan closing process goes smoothly, and every client’s experience is an enjoyable one. Bryttnee looks forward to assisting in all loan closing needs, and hopes to develop long-lasting relationships with customers.
Bryttnee graduated from California State University with a Bachelor in Business Management and brings years of client and project management experience to the team. She grew up in California, before relocating to Texas in 2012 where she now lives with her husband and their daughter as well as their dog.
When she isn’t working, Bryttnee enjoys live music, spin class, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
Rachel works on our Closing Team ensuring the loan closing process goes smoothly making sure each client receives the best service possible. Equipped with enthusiastic and dynamic customer service, and interpersonal skills, she enjoys working directly with clients to establish long-term relationships throughout the entire process of their loan.
Rachel is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science. She grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and spent 3 years in Minneapolis and New York City. She finally joined the rest of her family in The Woodlands, TX and now considers it home. In her free time, you might find her cheering on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints, relaxing with family and friends, or traveling.
As a Financial Analyst, Aaron takes great pride in assisting his clients during the financing process to ensure a sound financial transaction takes place and providing friendly and helpful customer service along the way. With a background in sales, Aaron knows the importance of tailoring products to suit the needs of his customers.
Aaron graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2015 with a double major in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions and joined PPC LOAN the same year. During his college career, he was very active on campus as a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, the Beta Gamma Sigma International honor society, and held several officer positions on the SHSU Trap & Skeet Team.
Originally born and raised in Austin, TX, Aaron currently resides in The Woodlands, TX where he enjoys spending time with his friends, watching sports, hunting, playing golf, and volunteering his time to help around the community.
As a Financial Analyst, Ty focuses his efforts on the Allstate and Advisory Lending Programs. Ty provides professional, educated, and friendly service to ensure a smooth and simple experience for our customers, delivering the best level of care and attention while meeting their individual needs.
Prior to joining PPC LOAN in 2016, Ty graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Economics. During his time at A&M, Ty found his interest in finance while taking a course in Money & Capital Markets where he was introduced to the world of business finance and the lending industry. In addition to school, Ty gained hands-on experience while working for a small lending firm specializing in personal lending niches for its client base and exposing him to the positive impact lending can have on its clients and their communities.
Originally from Salado, TX, Ty currently resides in The Woodlands, TX where he enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, hunting, and fishing.
As a Financial Analyst, Tully specializes in the Allstate Lending Program. Tully knows that each deal is unique and prides himself on providing professional and educated service to his clients and ensuring that their particular financing needs are met throughout the entire loan process.
Tully graduated from Texas A&M; University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2017 and joined PPC LOAN soon afterwards. While in school, he was a member of the Aggie Investment Club and held several officer positions as a member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.
Originally born in Tulsa, OK, Tully was raised in Spring, TX where he currently resides. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, playing golf, tailgating, and watching sports.
As a Financial Analyst at PPC LOAN, Blake focuses primarily on the Allstate Lending Program. Blake uses his knowledge of various lending styles to mold the PPC LOAN experience to the needs of his clients. Blake is currently pursuing an MBA in hopes that his continued education will benefit both his clients and the company in the future.
Blake graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2018 with a major in Banking & Financial Institutions, and joined the team at PPC LOAN soon after. Blake gained valuable experience during his undergrad as an intern for a large financial holding company with a focus in commercial financing. He also specialized in loan repayment as a Student Loan Mentor on his college campus. For his dedication to promoting financial education, he was proud to be inducted as a permanent member of the Student Alumni Association upon graduating.
Blake was born in Plano, TX, but is currently living in The Woodlands, TX where he likes to spend time with his friends, golf, and attend concerts and sporting events.
As a financial analyst, Travis works primarily in the Allstate Lending Program. He understands that each deal comes with a unique set of circumstances and prides himself in creating an experience that benefits the customer in the best way possible.
Travis graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Financial Institutions. While at Sam Houston, Travis was a member of Phi Gamma Delta and was involved with a variety of other organizations. He gained valuable knowledge by working as a personal financial counselor for the university, and took part in two other internships in the financial services industry. He spent a summer interning in the lending department for a local bank and a summer as a wealth management intern for an independent advisory firm.
Originally from Victoria, TX, Travis currently lives in The Woodlands, TX where he spends his spare time with friends and family attending sporting events, concerts, hunting and fishing, and playing golf.
Brittany oversees PPC LOAN’s Loan Operation Team and focuses on the overall customer experience. She works closely with the Closing Department to guarantee that you receive the best possible service in the industry. She brings over ten years of experience in project management and customer service to PPC LOAN. Brittany looks forward to assisting you with all aspects of your loan needs, from the first contact to after the loan has funded. She will help guide you throughout the loan process, ensuring that the many stages of your business loan and the various aspects of the process go smoothly.
Brittany graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Management. She grew up in the Pacific Northwest area, until she moved to Texas in 2007. She now considers The Woodlands, TX home. In her free time, you will find her relaxing with friends and family. She also enjoys going to professional sporting events and traveling.
Mary Kate plays a vital role in providing the best customer experience possible, and is available for assistance at any point in the process. For the past 10 years Mary Kate has been working in luxury customer service, most recently a private flight attendant. Mary Kate truly loves the opportunity to build long-term relationships that her career provides. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable experience for each and every client in their financing needs.
As a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science, she considers Louisiana her second home. In her free time, you might find her travelling to new locales, making art in any form, or relaxing with friends.
Katie has over 15 years of customer service experience and uses it to direct your phone calls, search reports for the beginning stages of loans, create and manages customer profiles in our database as well as assist our Closing team with requesting documents and funded loans.
Katie is currently enrolled at Lone Star College and will transfer to Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She was born and raised in The Woodlands, TX, is the oldest of four siblings, and resides in The Woodlands. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her younger siblings and her Maltese dog named Puff. She also enjoys working out, trying new types of food, traveling, and going to professional sporting events.
